Postharvest Loss Management and Food Safety Research and Extension Program

This program addresses food safety by focusing on monitoring aflatoxin contamination in crops and identifying better ways to handle agricultural products. We are introducing technologies to decrease post-harvest loss and improve food safety. Our trainings focus on food safety and helping farmers and potential exporters meet US food export regulations.
